ARRIVING TO SCHOOL

Supervision in the play ground starts at 8.35 am which is the earliest time your child should be dropped of at school. Prior to this they can be booked to Camp Australia - before and after school care.

DEPARTING SCHOOL

Students being collected by parents/carers in the afternoon need to wait in school grounds; or in the pick-up zone areas on Avondale Street - KISS & DROP or King Street - COLA.

• KISS & DROP: parents/carers collecting children from Kiss & Drop on Avondale street are asked to display signage (available through the school office/ forwarded home to new families) with student/s SURNAME on the passenger side visor. Students must be able to enter and exit the vehicle by themselves and be capable of buckling and unbuckling seatbelts.  This is a NO PARKING ZONE , parents are to remain in their cars.

• COLA: parents/ carers collecting children from Cola on King Street are asked to wait behind the fence. Once the bell goes, parents can enter via the office gate to collect their children, exiting through the gate to the left.

• CROSSING KING STREET: is a dangerous step for your child, both before and after school. Parents/carers are requested to collect their children from underneath the COLA after school. 

• SIGN-IN and SIGN-OUT:  Accountability requires that any child leaving or returning to school during the day must be signed out and back in by the accompanying adult. An iPad to accommodate this is held in the school office.

• LATE ARRIVALS: Children arriving late to school, after the morning bell need to be signed in at the office by their parent/carer.  A late slip will be issued to the child to take to their teacher.
