Strong Spirit Workshop

'Strong Spirit' Port Macquarie recently partnered with our Year 3 - Year 6 students and Aunty Miranda for a vibrant workshop on designing and painting emu eggs.

Throughout the session, students enthusiastically learned to say their names and some words in Gathang (Birpai) language, deepening their cultural connection. The workshop was an engaging, hands-on experience which celebrated creativity and Indigenous heritage, with students fully immersed and inspired. Strong Spirit’s commitment to fostering cultural understanding through art truly shone through.
